SHIPPING POLICY
We
          are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Canada by FedEx® 
          on all
          online orders. Upon order confirmation, please allow 5-10 business days for
          processing and delivery. Special requests such as bracelet size adjustment will
          take an additional 1-2 business days in processing time. If the item is not in
          stock, we will inform you.
Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items and shipping to remote locations. GemOro is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as special weather conditions. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
RETURN POLICY
Sale
        merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return
      policy excludes Rolex watches, gift cards and shipping charges.
In-Store Purchases
All
    sales, deposits and services are non-refundable. Exchange or store credit can
    be issued within 10 days
     from the date of purchase. All items must be in
    original condition and packaging accompanied with the original invoice.
Online Purchases
Returns and exchanges are available within 10 days of delivery, provided the items comply with the following conditions:

    The item must be in its original condition and not have been
    sized, worn, personalized, or altered in any way.
Returns
    will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered
    from its original condition in any way. Please ensure you have removed all
    other jewellery when trying on the item so as not to scratch it.
·        
    The item must have all manufacturer’s protective materials in
    place and plastic stickers intact.
·        
    The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied with
    the original invoice, warranty card and other documentation included with the
    purchase if applicable.
Returns In-Store or by Mail for Online Purchases
For
    in-store returns, you may bring your item and the original invoice to our
    store. We will verify the item complies with conditions per above. If your
    return is approved, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment used
    for the original purchase.
Should
    you wish to make a return by mail, please contact us by email at [email protected]. We will provide you with a
    Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return shipping address.
·        
    The RA# must be noted on the outside of the package. Items
    sent to GemOro without an RA# will be declined and returned to the sender at
    the sender’s expense.
    
Upon
    receiving your return, we will verify the item complies with conditions per
    above. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued in the same form of
    payment used for the original purchase within a few business days.
Items
    that do not satisfy these conditions will be declined and returned to the
    sender at the sender’s expense. 
Exchanges and In-Store Credit
You
    may bring your item and the original invoice in store for an exchange or
    in-store credit in the form of a gift card. Note the item must satisfy all
    conditions per above. Exchanges are in-store only.
All
    exchanges are final. Items that have been previously exchanged cannot be
    further exchanged.
All
    purchases made with a gift card or a credit note are final.
GemOro
reserves the right to change its shipping and return policies without notice at
